What!? How could you possibly lose your job? Isn't there a law out there to protect you? I think so. You need to talk to your doctor and your boss. Sorry to say, but if you're more worried about losing your job than your health, you may not even need to worry if you will still have a job cause you will be more worried if you even have the strength it takes to breathe! That was totally a run-on sentence! CALL YOUR DOCTOR SUE! PLEASE!

I have gone way over my sick days and I am not tenured or anything. But I am going to call the doctor tomorrow and make them to do something. I completely agree with what everyone is saying but it is so hard for me to admit defeat, even if that isn't really what I am doing.

I am just so sick I can't even make decisions for myself right now. Thanks for the support<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Does anyone know why I could be so nauseous? That has never happened before and it isn't the medicine because it is usually when I haven't taken it for awhile

With a sinus infection you are getting a lot of drainage to your stomach. On top of that do you swallow or spit lung mucus out? I would bet that if you induced vomiting (by sticking your fingers down your throat) you would puke out a pile of mucus.

So from reading your post I'd like to suggest you leave your fear behind tonight. It is going to cause anxiety and stress which is a breading ground for the bacteria.

You need to submit a sputum culture tomorrow. If you can't get to the clinic have it couriered there. I used to do this when I lived in a city not sure where you live.

Finally, I have a feeling you feel scared becuase you are extrapelating about how crappy you feel and how recently you were so sick. It's easy to start to throw around words like "progression" "declining" etc. but remember many cfers have bad years.

If you don't react to what your body is telling you this bad year (or season) will turn into permanent "DECLINE" in your lung function.
