who all boils their nebs to sterilize?

I boil every neb 10 minutes after washing every single treatment. Even when I wash them on sanitize in the dishwasher, I still boil them cause they usually have tiny food particles on them. LOL. I also have 8 nebs or so and alternate them so some nights I don't have to boil if I have enough to get me by through the next day...

BUT, either way, I always make sure they're boiled before each treatment.

I do albuterol and HS in the same neb and my e-flow for AL is a whole other sterilizing saga that I will leave for another day<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"></end quote></div>

HA HA... I sent my e-flow back to the company cause I hated not being able to dishwasher it OR boil it. These are the only two ways the foundation says are adequete for sterilizing nebs (with regard to p.a.), so why would I use something that cannot be sterilized in this way? Silly... You'd think the e-flow people would just make sturdier nebs like the LC Plus that we could dishwash and/or boil. Oh well.

I boil them for 10 minutes after every use. Every other day or so I boil them all (I have extras I purchased myself). Since it's hard to keep track of boiling time while caring for Amelia I figured out how long it takes for the pot to come to a boil and I set an egg timer to that (33 minutes). My pot is a 5 quart pasta pot from Target and it holds 6 nebs at once. Once it's done boiling I like that I can pull the inner pot out to cool and quickly place my nebs out to dry without having to empty the big pot of boiling water. Amelia is often under my feet in the kitchen.

Jess is only on HS so I rinse out and boil in the microwave after each use.
I use my pampered chef 8 cup measuring cup and stick in the microwave for 6.66 (about 7 minutes)

about twice a month or so I soak in 1 part bleach and 50 parts kettle water (previously boiled, it's what is left in the kettle after breakfast)
