Hi Dana, i think what your feeling is normal. As for getting over these feelings, i think that will also happen possibly later in life. Im not sure what else to say, but i know how you you feel. I am having those exact issues right now.

I too am very happy and excited for my family and friends, but just somtimes think. Why? why? does it have to be so difficult for us. Like we dont have enough to deal with already, and on top of that. We cant concieve, without having and/or thinking through these issues.

Life just doesnt seem fare, somtimes. Just think your not the only one going through this. There is many of us out there <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

I think about another child ALL the time!!! I ALWAYS wanted at least 2 children and now that my first has CF, it's hard to say if we will ever have anymore. My husband and I thought about PDG but weren't comfortable with the selective aspect of it. I have those pangs and twinges all the time.
I have a sister and couldn't imagine my life without her so I always wanted to have at least 2 so that they had a sibling. My dd is 2 1/2 and I am to the point now where if she didn't have CF I think we'd be trying for another or about to start trying in the next few months. I can't imagine that I will ever not want another child and wonder if I'll ever get over it.
