Harriett, Sorry for the confusion...she wasn't getting a feed. I just had the adaptor in, because we had just finished meds. I should have removed it before the shaky vest, because it isn't as secure as her coreflo. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Hi mamas, Well I think we found a solution. They gave us a new adaptor that fits better and so far we only had one little blow out - my fault. I didn't tape her up while doing treatment, and she pulled her vest tubes out and it tugged on the tube, opening up her port. Gross. Not a great way to...

My daughter cultured it twice and has been pseudomonas free for a year now! We did Cipro for 14 days and a year of Tobi each time she cultured. Tobi was 2 months on, then one month on/off for a year. Good luck. Don't get too discouraged. Plus there are new inhaled antibiotics in the pipeline...

Thanks everyone! We were supposed to get the mic-key in June, but there are no appointments available with our GI doc before July to do the peg pull, which is why it's taking so long. And I don't want a Fellow doing her peg pull, so I guess we'll just have to wait for our doc.
