The inhaled Hypertonic saline is Amweome!!! I think anyway when I do that for a good 10 minutes to 15. OMG like I cough crap up so much easier it is like it tries to slide up out of my lungs on it's own. I only take it when I feel very congested. Amanda/24 w CF
