Normally to bring stuff up I have to make my self cough either by exercise, PT, huffing or medications. Today, I am sitting at my desk and the stuff seems to be coming up by itselfs. I clear my throat and have to spit stuff out. It seems way to easy today. Anyone else ever have this happen...

I would bring her to the ER if she is still feeling bad.  It may be nothing but I think it is better to know than to worry.

If she is feeling really bad take her to the hospital. Is it her CF doctor that is not in or her primary care doctor? There will always be another prep rally. She will thank you when she is feeling better. I hate when I can't get results to tests that I am waiting for. It drive me nuts.
