If you were my age, with CF, what would you do differently for your health?

stay abreast of current research and what your peers and those older than you are doing.

Every time I get sick I try to see if there is something I can improve. Each year (well this will be the 3rd year I do a PDP) I would highly recommned the process.

Here is my 2007 first stab called FYI (For your improvement)

For reference I am a couple weeks shy of 30, diagnosed at 21, semi-mid to non compliant for most of it. ~Jan1 will mark my 3 year compliant date!

Stay compliant. I agree with Debbi-- save your money. Medications and doctor appointments are not cheap. Avoid stress as much as possible. I wish I would have done that.

Exercise, exercise, exercise, and follow you gut. Be a team with your CF doctor. If you are not comfortable with a certain med, procedure, etc. don't be afraid to discuss this with your doctor vs.following doctor's orders blindly.

this is a really interesting thread! my little one will be 2 on sunday and i always wonder what "more" i can do, and its helpful to hear from others who have "been here"!! thanks for starting the thread! merry christmas!
