Treating Inflammation w/o anti-inflammatories

The research for xolair included those with IgE of 30...which is low.. Those individuals benefitted greatly. I have the research study if you want to take it to your doc!!

Also, my Dr. at National Jewish just took me off allergy drops bc he believed they were negatively impacting my lungs. We stopped them and I experienced great relief in symptoms...because I am sooo allergic to everything. He said what many allergists do NOT understand is that all cfers are different and that what benefits one may negatively impact another. That being said, I am starting xolair June 30!! At which point, we will commence allergy immune therapy again as there has been shown increased efficacy with xolair and drops/shots in those who experience negative effects with shots alone.

ya you're right about your last line, sally.

paul is very clinical, but all cf isn't purely by the studies.

shapiro was against allergy shots but i did it anyway..... and it helped me a ton.
