I had polyp surgery once when I was 11. I haven't had any problems with my sinuses since. I never used any of these methods, but hearing a couple of them has got me interested in trying one or two and see how it works. I hope that find something mentioned by the others that works well for you.

I have to agree with what most of them have said, but now on the flip side I have started to wear one more often. Not so much worried about getting something that makes me wear one all the time, but when the pollution levels are exceedingly high or I am going into a crowded area like a theather...

The settings for my Vest were... 4 pressure with freq of 10/12/14. Each freq for 10 minutes or so. I had the 104 then traded it in for the smaller more portable one. Whether it is 6 pressure or 4 doesn't matter. As Hillrom told me there really isn't a difference. But the freq's is what you need...
