This is true...we can culture the same in our sinuses as our lungs. I have cultured pseudo in my sinuses for a looong time now. The bad thing is....it is harder to get the infection out of our sinuses. It does take some strong antibiotics to get rid of those sinus infections. Good Luck...and...

Hi, I'm 32 with CF..and was diagnosed at Childrens Hospital in St.Louis...and grew up there. It is a great hospital! They are even ranked in the top 10! They do have a CF clinic there....and there adult clinic is right next door at Barnes..so the doctors are great about "helping" each other...
