Eventually, the lungs just get so bad. Heart failure can happen as well...because the heart is overworked from pumping so hard because of not being able to breathe well. These are the main ones...I guess weight loss could cause death...but is not likely in one with CF. Hope this helps... Dea...

I have not heard of this...only males with CF can have the absence of the vas deferens. Male carriers of CF can have kids... If you have a child with CF...then your husband is a CF carrier...Hope this helps! Dea 31 w/CF

I also keep a prescription for diflucan...but I also use acidophilus. It is over the counter..found by the vitamins. It is used to help kill bacteria that live in the body. It has helped me alot. I take it all the time...and tends to help keep the infections down. Dea 31 w/CF
