yup, big problem that people rarely talk about. I went to a talk on pelvic floor and CF - teenage girls sometimes have a problem with incontinence and don't tell their mothers.
My problem is enhanced because I had three very fast births and now I am menopausal. I have talked with doctors about the surgery - which essentially lifts up the bladder. The uro-gynecologists are not very interested in doing surgery on me because of CF and my CF doctors tells me that after this surgery you are not supposed to cough but of course the CF doctors want you to cough! I'm afraid I would blow out the stitches someday ...... I have a vaginal pessary which helps some - here is an article about pessaries, with pictures <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
