    Rainbow Babies and Children's Hosp.

He does see adults but only adults that he had as pediatrics. I actually don't think he sees new patients at all anymore, regardless of...

Hey all! I was just curious to see if anyone here goes to Rainbow for their CF care. If any of you out there do, who's your doctor? Did/Does anyone have Dr. Robert Stern?   thanks!

    Ibuprofen

Hey all! I know some of you are on large amounts of Ibuprofen for inflammation. I remember many, MANY years ago when there were still study trials of high doses of ibuprofen in CFers to see if it worked for inflammation (both in the lungs and sinuses/nasal polyps). I almost did a couple of those...

    heart rate question

Thanks all, for the answers! I wasn't too concerned since the resp. therapist wasn't, but that was the first my heart rate jumping had ever been mentioned, be it normal or not. I wondered if that was something I should really start keeping my eye on or not. This whole walking around to hit 88...

    heart rate question

Hey all! I was just at clinic a couple days ago for a relatively uneventful visit (everything that was wrong a few months ago is still wrong). I recently just asked my doc for portable O2 and when I came to clinic, the respiratory therapist mentioned an insurance issue with the O2 company. They...

Acetylcysteine (Mycomyst) on Back Order by Manufacturer

I heard sodium chloride (saline) was on back order, too. There's a national shortage (or at least there's about to be).
