    Stuck in a meal/calorie rut

    Yum, i cannot wait to buy a tenderloin and try this. My chicken in the slow cooker has always been mediocre, and after I melted the handle off the slowcooker lid, reheating something in the over, I put the contraption in the basement. But I am gonna fetch it this morning :-)

    Colin, That sounds yummy. Do you do anything to the meat, like cut it? Or do you throw the tube of tenderloin in as is? Thanks :-)
