Thanks for the advice. I did call the doctor. We made a plan for if it happened again. Thankfully it didn't. I do have a sinus infection so I wonder if it was any relation. My doc put me on Bactrum so I am feeling great.

This just happened to me. I am still fighting it. I was on IVs in Septemeber and was sick within a week or two of being off of them. Now I am having flare ups every few weeks. I agree...what a waste of IVs!

I only have this problem when I am having a massive flare up but I think it is caused from us opening up our airways when we laugh and the air loosens the mucus. I know it can be hard or hurt to laugh but I think the coughing is a good thing.
